Manufacturing Options
At Franken Plastik, our production methods range from the unbeatable quality of coloured-through plastic signs to every kind of laser engraving on plastic or metal and on to all the options provided by screen printing. Processes for thermo-transfer printing, digital printing and plotter stickers round off our manufacturing portfolio. In principle, plastic, metal or any kind of sticker can be used as the basis material. In addition, we can provide the perfect fastening system for every sign. Our team can take your initial proposals and manufacture the signs using FP’s expertise and experience, or produce signs in exact accordance with your technical requirement specifications.

Power Station Identification Marking System (KKS) – RFID
In keeping with our motto “individuality is our standard”, we provide every kind of sign that you require in the field of industrial and plant marking, from simple stickers to exclusive signage systems in accordance with KKS standards for power stations, with integrated RFID technology.

Our solutions:
The System
The thermo UV sign is temperature resistant up to 120°C and excels through its resistance to particular acids, alkalis and solvents. All of the substance identification markers and flow direction arrows are coloured through, making them particularly durable and weather resistant. Different types of inscription in different colours are possible, and the flow direction can be set up on site. As an option, the FP thermo UV sign can also be fitted with an RFID transponder.
The System
The Thermo UV sign SMART stands out because of its flexibility and temperature resistance, whilst being extremely easy to use. You can inscribe it in any way – with various colours, a QR code or a logo – it’s all possible. The required information is printed and then stoved to ensure that it is long lasting. As an additional benefit compared to a normal plastic sign, the Thermo UV sign SMART does not deform at all, even in the course of a 48-hour continuous heat test at 120°C. We can provide you with various different fastening options.
The System
The FP Multi Sign system is a particularly flexible signage system. The sign holder is made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic and the inscription plates are available in various colour combinations. On request, we can manufacture these signs with a temperature resistance up to 120 °C with coloured-through plastic substance identification in accordance with DIN 2403. The FP Multi Sign is also available in another version for the signage of power stations.
